    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi di MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang bahwa MTs dijadikan sebagai second choice (pilihan kedua) setelah sekolah negeri. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya sekolah negeri yang berjarak dengan dengan MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang yang menawarkan keunggulan fasilitas, sehingga menyebabkan adanya suatu persaingan yang menjadi tantangan dalam merekrut calon siswa baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) manajemen pemasaran jasa di MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang; 2) citra lembaga pendidikan di MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang di MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang; 3) apakah ada pengaruh manajemen pemasaran jasa terhadap citra lembaga pendidikan di MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif lapangan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Instrument kuesioner dilakukan dengan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, teknik korelasi dan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas manajemen pemasaran jasa (X) MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang termasuk dalam kategori “cukup baik” yaitu berada pada interval 50-54 dengan nilai rata – rata 53,10. Sedangkan kualitas citra lembaga pendidikan (Y) MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang termasuk dalam kategori “cukup baik” yaitu berada pada interval 48 – 52 dengan nilai rata – rata 51,09. Adapun hasil analisisnya secara keseluruhan menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen pemasaran jasa terhadap citra lembaga pendidikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 81,691.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ini, maka hipotesis kerja  yang berbunyi “Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara manajemen pemasaran jasa terhadap citra lembaga pendidikan di MTs Ma’Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang” diterima

    Implementing of Science-Social Integration in Islamic Education Learning

    Theoretically, religion and social science have an integrative relationship because they originate from God developed by human. However, practically, the relationship occurs in a dichotomy so that it has implications in learning activities at Islamic educational institutions, especially in the classroom context. The gap between those theories and practice generates the idea of integrating religious science and social science in Islamic universities. Therefore, this article describes the implementation of social science in Islamic religious education learning at the Department of Islamic Education State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Based on the theory of scientific integration, this study applied observation, interviews, and documentation techniques.     Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan salah satu penunjang proses pembelajaran. Sarana dan prasarana harus dikelola dengan baik yang dimaksudkan agar pada saat proses pembelajaran sarana dan prasarana dapat digunakan dengan optimal, efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat menunjang dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang kurang optimal akan menghambat pada tercapainya tujuan yang efektif dan efisien, seperti tata kelola manajerial dalam segi inventarisasi yang belum diterapkannya sistem pengkodean pada barang, serta belum dilakukannya penghapusan pada barang yang sudah tidak dipakai dan masih ada beberapa pengelolaan yang pencatatan sarana dan prasrananya masih bersifat kondisional belum tertuang dalam bentuk tulisan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, serta untuk mengetahui peran dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil obyek penelitian di SMP Islam Cendekia Cianjur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan, mengorganisasikan, memberikan makna pada data yang telah didapatkan, dan dari data tersebut dinarasikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan peran manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMP Islam Cendekia Cianjur sangatlah berperan penting. Selain dapat mempermudah suatu pekerjaan, efektivitas proses belajar mengajar akan berjalan dengan baik, aman, nyaman dan bermutu.     Education is a tool for growing society, advancing civilization, and preparing future generations to do much for humanity. The management of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program is expected to assist students in developing religious identity. This study aims to see whether the management of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program influences how state MTs students in Tasikmalaya Regency develop their religious character. This study uses the Ex Post Fecto method with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires or questionnaires are used for information gathering. Data analysis using instrumental analysis (validity and reliability), partial analysis per indicator (variable X reality test and Y variable reality test), classical assumption analysis (linearity and normality), correlation test, coefficient of determination analysis, and simple linear regression. The F and T tests are used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the impact of implementing the tahfidz al-Qur'an program on assertive personal development at the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Tasikmalaya Regency scores 0.001 <0.05, and it has the implication that the relationship between the implementation of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program and a person who firmly has a relationship or association. After that, the correlation coefficient is calculated to be 0.482. Then the coefficient of determination (R Square) shows a range of 0.232, and it implies that the effect of variable X (management of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program) on variable Y (former of religious character) is 23.2% while 76.8% is influenced by various factors outside inspectio

    Human machine interface design analysis of defect detection prototype by wonderware intouch software

    Human Machine Interface (HMI) serves as a bridge for operators to understand the processes that occur on the machine. Without HMI, operators will have difficulty in monitoring and controlling the machine. HMI used in this study using Wonderware InTouch software. The HMI design that is used, displays the home button, as the start screen. There are two options in the home menu, which is the option to login as an identification and classification operator. To start operation and enter the monitoring window, any operator that uses this HMI must login using a username and password. The function of HMI in this research is as a connector between operators with machine.     HUBUNGAN MANAJEMEN KONSELING ONLINE DAN KOMPETENSI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING

    The digital era as the impact of the science and technology revolution is a necessity that cannot be avoided by humans. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused learning to be diverted through online media. Not only subject teachers, but BK teachers also get the impact of technological developments and the covid-19 pandemic at the same time. This study aims to determine the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of guidance and counseling teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Ciamis Regency. This research is descriptive, the approach used is quantitative with the type of correlation. The technique of data collection is done by using a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The data analysis technique was carried out in stages, starting from the validity test and the data reliability test. Then a statistical analysis was carried out consisting of a partial analysis per indicator and variable interpretation. Then the correlation analysis was carried out including the normality test of the data, the linearity test of the data, the correlation test, and the coefficient of determination test. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the Pearson correlation was 0.756. Based on the correlation coefficient interpretation table, 0.756 is in the interval 0.60 - 0.799, or is included in the strong category, it can be concluded that the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of BK teachers in MTs Kab.     Building academic and pedagogic cultures: A case study at Departement of Social Studies Islamic University in Indonesia

    Teaching staffs in Islamic universities have an important role in realizing democratic values. The classroom is a space of freedom to think dialogue and reflect values. In the fact, teaching staffs do not have the maximum role in realizing the academic culture. The duty of teaching staffs in Indonesia that is teaching, research and community service, however there are some obstacles in the implementation, such as there are still lecturers who teach outside the field of expertise, the lack of research costs, the difficulty of international scientific publication and some teaching staffs have been comfortable in their position. Finally, they are unproductive to produce knowledge. This study aims to describe the academic culture of Islamic university teaching staffs, especially in teaching, research and community service. This research uses qualitative methodology with the descriptive approach, researchers get data from informants in the Islamic University in Indonesia and soft data taken from many documents. Then the data is processed and analyzed. The result of the research shows that building academic culture must synergize between various roles in class, such as didactic, reflective, and effective roles.
